Final sale on special orders, amps, pickups, speakers, personal items (such as in-ear monitors, ear plugs, pitch pipes, harmonicas, talk boxes etc.), discontinued or closeout products, pedals and tubes. 

Deposits are non-refundable.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Exchange or store credit only within seven days of purchase and with original receipt. 

All returns must be in the original packaging with all the accessories, adapters and complete documentation (owner’s manual, warranty card, quick start guides, etc.). 

ONLINE AND PHONE ORDERS / PURCHASES

We do provide a full refund (minus the cost of shipping) if you are not satisfied with an instrument purchased online or by phone. This is for SIGHT UNSEEN PURCHASES ONLY – DOES NOT APPLY WHEN THE INSTRUMENT HAS BEEN PLAYED IN-PERSON IN THE STORE, OR IF THE INSTRUMENT IS PICKED UP IN-PERSON. You must notify us within 48 hours by phone or email in order to be refunded. We will give you a return authorization number, and the instrument must be returned in the case in which it was shipped, insured for its full value, within 7 days of receipt. A refund will be issued after we have inspected the instrument and found it to be in the same condition it was in when it was shipped.

Domestic orders:
All domestic returns must be made within 48 hours upon receipt of the item. Returns must be received by Rudy’s Music in the same condition in which it was shipped. All Freight charges are at the customer’s expense.
All domestic returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

International orders:
All international returns must be made within 48 hours upon receipt of the item. Returns must be received by Rudy’s Music in the same condition in which it was shipped. All Freight charges are at the customer’s expense. All customs charges are at the customer’s expense.
All international returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee.  

Guitars, basses and other instruments returned to us with pick marks, buckle rash, or evidence of use will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. We reserve the right to refuse any return if we determine the item has been abused or misused. 

All items are inspected prior to shipping. If you believe you have received a product that was damaged in transit, please save the shipping carton and contact us immediately.
