A beautiful orchestra model from one of the best boutique builders out there, Santa Cruz Guitar Company. Clear, loud, resonant, well pronounced, easy to play, and lightweight – those are the qualities of this guitar that make it a remarkable instrument. It was completed in 1999 and customized with the most sought-after tonewood there is: Brazilian rosewood for the back and sides, and Adirondack spruce for the top. Other customized features: custom fingerboard inlay with SCGC logo at the 15th fret, ebony fingerboard binding, 1 3/4″ nut width, Brazilian rosewood overlay on an unbound peghead, 2 5/16″ bridge spacing, and a fingerboard inlay “short style SCGC logo” at the 15th fret. Voiced for light gauge strings.
